Hello! My name is Efraín Zúñiga, and I teach voice and beginning piano in English and Spanish. In addition to singing and teaching, I also have professional songwriting credits. I am thrilled to train and mentor the next generation of bright and talented musicians.
My technical approach uses my foundation in classical vocal technique to help singers find vocal strength and freedom. I love working with students who want to sing pop, R&B, and similar genres. I also love working with aspiring songwriters! I coach students to build their style and musicianship, helping them to find their unique sound and develop effective artistry.
I am currently completing my BA in Music at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music (CSULB), where I have taken classes in music education and vocal performance. I have also performed with the University Choir, Cantus, and mariachi ensemble.
